The emphasis patrols will be specifically aimed at crimes of violence, and will be randomly timed so as to increase law enforcement visibility. The KCSO is intent on stemming further acts of violence and believes that a broader more focused presence in White Center will do just that. Only time will tell if their theory holds water.
