The “Z” would appear as the last symbol at the end of any sequence of license plate letters and/or numbers, and would cost an additional $100 above and beyond any normal license plate costs. The special “Z” plate would be valid for a period of three years, and would not only be required by motorists but also motorcyclists (for an additional fee of $25, not $100).
